• Located in North West Oakville, Birthing and Babies Prenatal Classes are held in a relaxed and interactive small group setting with all the luxuries of home. This includes tasty snacks, drinks, comfortable seating and free parking. Birthing and Babies Prenatal Classes serve Halton residents including Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Georgetown,  and Peel residents including Mississauga, Brampton and other surrounding areas.

• Designed to include "dads-to-be", Birthing and Babies Prenatal Classes will equip dads with hands-on labour coaching, relaxation, and parenting skills to help them leave class feeling confident and prepared about the big day. Along with some humour, baby care basics are also practiced on dolls in class to help dads learn about caring for their newborns.

• Birthing and Babies Prenatal Classes help decrease anxieties about labour and the pain associated with it. Expectant couples will be given solid knowledge not only about labour and the birth of their baby, but will also help prepare them for postpartum, parenting and caring for their newborn babies- everything from diapering, bathing, feeding and more!

• Teacher/Owner Lorraine Merson is a Labour & Delivery Nurse and Certified Childbirth Educator experienced working with pregnant women and their partners during labour, delivery and postpartum in the Halton and Peel Regions. She brings her knowledge and previous experience to the prenatal classes not only as a nurse, but also from the perspective of a new mother. ( She is the proud mamma of 3 year old Kristina and 18 month old Evan)

• The goal is to provide all of the tools necessary to help expectant parents achieve their goals for the big day. During class, expectant parents are provided with accurate and up to date information to help make informed decisions before, during and after their baby's birth. Ultimately, the aim is to help them acheive a positive and memorable birth experience.
